AAM Enters Its Fourth Continent: Expanding International Consultancy to Africa
For over 20 years, AAM has been steadily building its presence in international consultancy, offering IT and management consulting services across Europe, Asia, and South-America. They are proud to announce that they have now entered their fourth continent: Africa.
Last year, AMM launched two new World Bank funded projects on the continent, both are in implementation. One is based in Rwanda, while the other is in The Gambia. With these initiatives, their professional footprint now extends to more than 80 countries worldwide.
Both projects are focused on enhancing local government administration, improving capabilities, and expanding capacities to drive sustainable development.
In Rwanda, they support the Business Development Fund (BDF) in implementing a management information system. AMM's services cover
- preparation of bidding documents to select the vendor
- support BDF in the procurement process and provide quality assurance during the implementation of the new system.
Their project in The Gambia is part of the West Africa Digital Integration Program and focuses on the development of e-Government services. They contribute to the preparation of strategically important documents such as policies and action plan to establish the frame of the future e-Government services.
A key element of success lies in their collaboration with local companies, working alongside to ensure a dynamic exchange of knowledge and expertise. By combining Hungarian specialists with local experts, we have created a powerful synergy that enhances implementation efficiency and ensures that our solutions are deeply rooted in local contexts. This partnership-driven approach has proven to be a significant added value in delivering impactful and sustainable results.
This landmark is particularly significant for trhem as a Hungarian company: they have achieved this milestone entirely through their own resources in the highly competitive international development projects’ market. AAM’s dedication to excellence, persistence, independence, and global reach showcases the strength and potential of national but strongly export-oriented businesses of geographically small countries like Hungary or The Netherlands.
They look forward to continuing this journey and further contributing to the development of professional capabilities worldwide.
